Mrs. Ellen Steen Agaba is Executive Director of Avarts Housing Ltd. She is a former Director Marketing and Administration at BAGRO Investments (U) Ltd. She previously worked as Assistant Project Coordinator at the International Law Institute African Centre for Legal Excellence and as Coordinator of the Ugandan-Dutch NGO network UGMP, where she obtained great organizational and administration skills. She also worked as Advisor at BBO in The Netherlands, a consultancy firm on lobby and advocacy in International Development. Mrs. Agaba holds a Masters Degree in Development Studies from the Catholic University of Nijmegen, The Netherlands.
